EDUCATION:
Graduated from Greenbrier East High, attended college for four years.
Attended Mosley Dickenson Academy of Real Estate and Lincolin Graduate Center of Real
Estate Appraisers.
APPRAISAL COURSES STUDIED:
Business Law, Real Estate Law, Principal of Real Estate Appraisal, Professional Standards of Ethics (USPAP), Advance Math, Income Valuation. Non-conforming/Difficult Properties, Secondary Market, High Value Residential, Farm and Land, Appraiser Review, Mortgage Fraud, Commercial Investment. Continuing Education each year (14 class hours), Update USPAP each year.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Corey has 3,400 hours of "on the job training", apprenticed under Thelma McQuade, (senior appraiser since 1977 & Grandmother). Corey is experience in complex and non-complex appraisals.
Large and small tracts of land, multi-family, single family, REO, manufactured homes, new home construction, pre-construction (from plans). Appraiser Review, High Value Residential, non-conforming properties, Relocation (ERC) Appraisals.

West Virginia Counties of Greenbrier, Monroe, Mercer, Summers, Fayette, Pocahontas, Raliegh.
