Graduated form Greenbrier East High School, attended Concord College & Greenbrier Community College successfully completed over 180 class room hours in the following Business & Real Estate related subjects;

Business Law,Business Management,West Virginia Real Estate Law, Principals of Real Estate Appraisal,  Principal of Real Estate Brokerage, Professional Standards of Ethics, Advanced Math, Income Valuation.  Apprenticed under Thelma McQuade (Senior Appraiser since 1977).  Continue Education 15 Class Room Hours of Appraisal & Brokerage each year.

 Stan, is married , his wife Rusty works at a local hospital as a phyrapist and is an Author.

Stan's sparetime hobbie is anything our doors, hunting, camping, boating in season, in winter season, Stan loves to work in his workshop building anything with his hands.

Stan is Second Generation of McQuade Appraisal Service, needless to say we are very proud of his achievements.
